Wow, that's really great, but that's not good enough. The rooms should be good, staff should be helpful, internet should be fast, break fast should be healthy and tasty, house keeping should be efficient and there should be good room and bathroom amenities!. 
Granted, what else do you need?
Well, it will be nice if the hotel is close to shopping district and also should have some walking spaces around and there should be wide range of multi -cuisine restaurants around feed me different flavors during my long stay.

“I stayed at Clarion Drott to visit a customer in the area.
Been here before I could notice that they are renovating the hotel.
Not that it was disturbing in any way, I'd appeciate the changes to my room.
What I like is the new look and feel and the most important is that there seems to be A/C installed now!
The bathroom looks new and shiny, too. I could still smell a tiny bit of paint in my "deluxe room", great!
What I really like with this hotel is the personal kind of service that you would never see in any other hotel of the Scandic chain.
There is dinner included in your roomrate. Every night there is a different choice to pick from the buffet. The hotel Drott is famous for their tasty and homemade desserts. Yummy!

The only suggestion (remark?) that I have is that I'd wish to have an iron in my room to get my clothing in shape prior to my customer meeting.
The other thing that I suggest is to equip the "deluxe rooms" with some kind of docking / Bluetooth devices, so that guests can listen to their music on their own devices.” - FBert
